No Nonsense (EULA) End User License Agreement

You may use the software on as many PERSONAL systems as desired - if you are a company, non-profit, library or educational concern then please contact mb@code-it.com for special multi-licensing (free or at a discounted rate).

You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA, provided you retain no copies.

You may not publish, market, distribute, sell or sublicense the Licensed Product without express consent from Code-it Software Solutions.

Common sense dictates that any software program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. While every precaution was taken to produce bug free code, you use this software at your own risk. Code-it Software Solutions will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits while using this software.

EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, U.S.A. where the software was created.
